November JRA Graded Stakes Review

In the 1400m G2 Keio Hai Nisai Stakes at Tokyo Racecourse on November 4th, favorite Corazon Beat(JPN) by Suave Richard(JPN) earned her first graded stakes victory. Logi Leon(JPN) by Leontes(JPN) was a neck back in second. Orchid Romance(JPN) by Roger Barows(JPN) was a nose back in third.

In the 1400m G3 Fantasy Stakes at Kyoto Racecourse on November 4th, Culture Day(JPN) by Fine Needle(JPN) posted a major upset when she claimed her first graded stakes win. Dona Betty(JPN) by Real Steel(JPN) was half a length back in second. Chicago Sting(JPN)by Logotype(JPN) was a neck back in third.

In the 2500m G2 Copa Republica Argentina at Tokyo Racecourse on November 5th, Zeffiro(JPN) by Deep Impact(JPN) earned his first graded stakes win. Meiner Virtus(JPN) by Screen Hero(JPN) was a length back in second. Chuck Nate(JPN) by Heart's Cry(JPN) was a neck back in third.

In the 1800m G3 Miyako Stakes on the dirt at Kyoto Racecourse on November 5th, Seraphic Call(JPN) by Henny Hughes(USA) came from behind to win his first graded stakes title. Make a Leap(JPN) by Sinister Minister(USA) was three lengths back in second. William Barows(JPN) by Mikki Isle(JPN) was three-quarters of a length back in third.

In the 1600m G3 Musashino Stakes on the dirt at Tokyo Racecourse on November 11th, Dry Stout(JPN) by Sinister Minister(USA) earned his second graded stakes victory. Tagano Beauty(JPN) by Henny Hughes(USA) was a length and three quarters back in second. Red le Zele(JPN) by Lord Kanaloa(JPN) was another length and three-quarters back in third.

In the 1600m G2 Daily Hai Nisai Stakes at Kyoto Racecourse on November 11th, Jantar Mantar(JPN) by Palace Malice(USA) earned his first graded stakes win. Enya Love Faith(JPN) by A Shin Hikari(JPN) was two lengths back in second. Namura Hooker(JPN) by Suave Richard(JPN) was a length and a quarter back in third.

In the 2200m G1 Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Kyoto Racecourse on November 12th, Brede Weg(JPN) by Lord Kanaloa(JPN) earned her first G1 victory. Rouge Eveil(JPN) by Just a Way(JPN) was three-quarters of a length back in second. Harper(JPN) by Heart's Cry(JPN) was a neck back in third.

In the 2000m G3 Fukushima Kinen at Fukushima Racecourse on November 12th, Ho O Emmy's(JPN) by Lord Kanaloa(JPN) secured her first graded stakes title. Dandyism(JPN) by Manhattan Cafe(JPN) was a nose back in second. Curren Leciel Bleu(JPN) by Harbinger(GB) was a length back in third.

In the 1800m G2 Tokyo Sports Hai Nisai Stakes at Tokyo Racecourse on November 18th, Strauss(JPN) by Maurice(JPN) captured his first graded stakes victory. Schwarze Kugel(JPN) by Kizuna(JPN) was a length and a half back in second. Fervent(JPN) by Heart's Cry(JPN) was a nose back in third.

In the 1600m G1 Mile Championship at Kyoto Racecourse on November 19th, multiple graded stakes winner Namur(JPN) by Harbinger(GB) earned his first G1 victory. Soul Rush(JPN) by Rulership(JPN) was a neck back in second. Justin Cafe(JPN) by Epiphaneia(JPN) was another half a length back in third.

In the 2000m G3 Kyoto Nisai Stakes at Kyoto Racecourse on November 25th, Shin Emperor(FR) by Siyouni(FR) continued to live up to the hype by winning his first graded stakes win in his second start. Prelude City(JPN) by Harbinger(GB) was half a length back in second. Satono Strasse(JPN) by Just a Way(JPN) was a nose back in third.

In the 2400m G1 Japan Cup at Tokyo Racecourse on November 26th, Equinox(JPN) by Kitasan Black(JPN) went out on top of the world, closing out his career with a brilliant performance in his last race. Liberty Island(JPN) by Duramente(JPN) was four lengths back in second. Stars on Earth(JPN) by Duramente(JPN) was another length back in third.

In the 1200m G3 Keihan Hai at Kyoto Racecourse on November 26th, Toshin Macau(JPN) by Big Arthur(JPN) won his second Keihan Hai in a row. Lugal(JPN) by Duramente(JPN) was two lengths back in second. A Shin Spotter(JPN) by A Shin Hikari(JPN) was another half a length back in third.
