【For Buyers】
・ Only Buyers who have registered prior to the Sale will be able to enter the sales venue.
・ Buyer Registration must be completed prior to the Sale (at least 10 days before the Sale). Please note that you will not be able to register on the day of the Sale.
※ Please kindly complete Buyer Registration at your earliest convenience in order that we may have an indication of the number of people attending the Sale.
・ One accompanying guest will be allowed per registered Buyer.
・ Please fill in and submit a Sale Attendee Form (with attendee's name and contact details) at the time of registration.
※ We will send Attendance Badges to the principal attendee prior to the Sale. Please make sure you bring the
badges to the Sale.
※ Anyone with a fever, cough or other symptoms associated with coronavirus may be refused entry into the sales
venue.
【For the Press】
・ Entry into the sales venue will be limited to one person per company/organization.
・ Registration prior to the Sale (at least 10 days before the Sale) will be required to enter. Please submit the
necessary registration form which you can download from our website.
※ We will send you an Attendance Badge prior to the Sale.
・ Press access will be limited to companies/organizations that have their own public press medium such as television, radio, newspaper or magazine.
・ Photography will be allowed on the grounds without restrictions, but we ask you to kindly observe precautions such as social distancing and wearing of masks.
【Note:】
・ Members of the general public will not be allowed into the sales venue.
・ Employees and staff will be taking their temperature and reporting their general health condition each morning and will also be wearing masks.

of coronavirus】
At this time, we are expecting to hold the Sale in a regular format (with live bidding in person, but we will make further announcements should future circumstances require us to change the format.
