To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the following measures will be implemented at the Sale.
【For Buyers】
・ Buyer Registration must be completed prior to the Sale. Please note that you will not be able to register on the day of the Sale.
・ If you wish to make a purchase at the Sale, please complete Buyer Registration by September 12, 2020 (Sat).
(※ Anyone considering making a purchase is requested to kindly register in advance.)
【Entry into the Sales Venue】
・ Only Buyers who have registered prior to the Sale will be able to enter the sales venue.
・ One accompanying guest will be allowed per registered Buyer.
Please fill in and submit a Sale Attendee Form (with attendee's name and contact details) along with the Sale Participation Agreement Form at the time of registration.
※ Please kindly complete Buyer Registration by the date stated above (September 12) in order that we may have an indication of the number of people attending the Sale.
※ We will send Attendance Badges to the principal attendee prior to the Sale. Please make sure you bring the badges to the Sale.
※ Please show your badge each time you enter the sales venue. You will not be able to enter without a badge.
【COVID-19 Countermeasures within the Sales Venue】
・ We will limit the number of entrances and conduct temperature checks at each entrance.
※ You will only be able to enter through the designated entrances.
※ Anyone with a fever, cough or other symptoms associated with coronavirus may be refused entry into the sales venue.
※ Please refrain from attending if you are feeling unwell.
・ Members of the general public will not be allowed into the sales venue.
・ Please make sure to disinfect your hands when entering the grounds.
・ Please wear a mask while at the sales venue.
・ We will maintain social distancing at various points on the grounds.
・ We will keep doors and windows open for adequate ventilation.
※ You may want to bring warm clothing.
※ Employees and sales staff will be taking their temperature and reporting their general health condition each morning and will also be wearing masks.
※ All Sellers and farm staff attending the Sale must be pre-registered.
